In Prince of Persia 1 you can warp to different levels by using the parameter megahit (v1.0) or improved (v1.3 and v1.4) followed by the levelnumber. Try Duke Nukem II, Prehistorik 2 and Titus the Fox / Les Aventures de Moktar. All three games use only 16 colors, with a different palette. You'll still need a VGA card though to play Duke Nukem II and Prehistorik 2, but Titus the Fox is playable on an EGA card (and on a CGA card with 4 colors).
