Meep doesn't shoot like crazy when falling

This patch makes the Meep just walk calmly off of platform edges instead of doing that odd slow motion fall with all the shooting.
Adding this patch makes the Meep into a floating platform, it will move back and forth in the air and shoot, turning only at walls:
