Keen: Modding

Happy Late 314 day, Keenrush! In honor of Yorphius II, Xky, Levellass, and I have worked hard to make a level pack. Levellass and I worked together to find all the changes to the .exe file that Keenrush made, and created a patchfile that would run these same changes. I deleted the changed .exe, and added the files required to make Yorpius II legal. The included readme has a section that describes how to make your copy of the original Yorphius II the legal one. There are a few adjusted tiles, but they are tiles not used in the original game. (unused cannons, castle) I would type a lot more, but I'm kind of tired from testing and making last minute changes. There's a readme included that says everything that needs to be said anyway.

This is the legal version of Yorphius II. It contains all the files mentioned above, and lacks the changed Yorphius.exe. Distribute this from now on!!!!

Whoaly garg, excellent surprise!! Thanks a lot! I had time to play two levels and it looked pretty good, I'll get into it when I can get back home. I'll write more then! :) Cool!

Got it to download. Played a couple of levels that are rather annoying without pogo and ammo... must explore a bit. But first, sleep.

Hmm, is there something wrong with my copy of this level pack? Because it seems like large areas of the map are inaccessible without God Mode...

Nothing is wrong :)

Go to the bottom right corner of the initial map (near the ice mountain level) and search the bottom wall.

I like having puzzles on the map level :)

You mean the way to the secret level? I've found that before, but last time I don't think it helped me get further in the map. I'll try again though. The problem I had was that it wouldn't let me walk through the blue parts on the map, which I assumed you were supposed to be able to walk through...
